Is delivery and installation service provided?
Yes. We can then also provide delivery, setup and basic orientation of your equipment to be certain that it is placed in a safe environment and prepared for use.
What is the fastest time frame for equipment?
All delivery windows are based on product availability and location. It can be same-day or next-day delivery, most probably in most of the cases.
What is the Maximum Rental Period?

Is a prescription required to rent or buy equipment?

Yes. We provide a range of hospital bed rentals, including standard, bariatric and specialty medical bedside.
Is your equipment suitable for home use by family caregivers?
Yes. A lot of our products are particularly built to help safe and comfortable care at homes. We offer advice on the appropriate use of equipment as required.
